经常做presentation，顺便给老婆总结一下：
1. 事先想明白说给谁听和对方想听什么。
2. 听众已经知道不用多说，但不要轻易假设听众知道你所知道的。
3. 别站在电脑后让电脑挡住你的脸或面朝投影屏幕背对观众读slide。
4. 注意视线，定点关注某位听众然后转移到下一位听众，别眼神飘忽。
5. 减慢语速可以缓解紧张，宁可放慢也不要卡住。卡壳令人怀疑演讲者缺乏自信。
6. 别在一slide上写满你要说的东西，只写要点。否则大家都不需要听你只需读slide了。
7. 别用小于20号字体，不确定的自己事先跑到房间最后面看看字体是否清楚。
